Who We Are
The Western Reserve Wheelers are a bicycle road riding club based in the
eastern suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. Our club tradition dates back to 1972.
What We Do
We have a variety of regular group rides which depart from convenient locations.
We welcome riders of all experience levels to join us for fun, fitness, and camaraderie.
Sundays
Scheduled group rides as published on the Ride Calendar
Each ride has a different predetermined route with maps published on this site.
Rides vary in length from 25 to 50 miles with shorter route options available
Early season rides are typically shorter.
Longer rides typically have a food/water stop halfway.
There are periodic regroups.
Routes have multiple distance options.
Average speeds are 12-15 mph depending on route.
Saturdays & Sundays
Easy-paced pickup rides starts at the Mandel JCC
Rides are 25-30 miles with multiple stops (approximately 3 hours)
9:00 A.M. March 21 - April 25
8:30 A.M. May 2 - September 26
9:00 A.M October 3 - October 24
Wednesday Evenings
Easy-paced pickup rides depart from N.E. Corner
of Miles and Brainard Roads in Orange
Departure 6:30 P.M. Starting April 14th
20 miles (approx 90 minutes)
Post-ride group meal.
